Natalya Jackson Group Chief Executive

Natalya Jackson

Group Chief Executive

Natalya was appointed as the Group Chief Executive of the Orchard Care Group in December 2022.

Natalya has extensive experience in the health and social care sector with over 18 years in Avista, one of the largest voluntary disability providers, where she held a number of senior roles including Director of Human Resources, and more recently Chief Executive Officer.

Natalya has a Bachelor of Business Studies degree from Trinity College Dublin and an MBS from the Smurfit Business School.

Paul Lonican

Director of Services

Paul Lonican joined Gateway Community Care in 2015 and has had a central role in the development of our disability service. Paul has an in-depth knowledge of health & social care field and has work in this area at all levels, he has over ten years’ experience in management with seven spent working in the disability field. Paul has a BA in Applied Social Studies and other professional training which is specific to the Disability Sector where he is also qualified to deliver Studio 3 (Managing Behaviour of Concern).

Gerry Haslam

Regional Director of Operations

Gerry is Regional Director of Operations at Gateway Community Care, with over 25 years management experience working in the healthcare and social care sector. Gerry is a Registered General Nurse , with an MSc in Disability Studies from Trinity College Dublin and a Diploma in Healthcare Management from the Institute of Public Administration. Gerry is also Chair of the Board of Management of a Special School.

Amy de Salvo

Behaviour Therapist (BCBA)

Amy de Salvo is a Behaviour Therapist with Gateway Community Care. Amy joined our team in September 2022. Amy has a BSc. In Psychology from Maynooth University and a MSc. in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Queens University Belfast. Amy is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst who has over eight years of experience across a variety of settings
